We ship ERGOT's avant-garde fashion worldwide. Whether you're in Berlin, London, New York, or anywhere else, we'll get your order to you safely and efficiently.

Free Shipping: Orders over β¬150 to Italy and EU countries qualify for free standard shipping.
Order Processing
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time of 7-14 business days before shipping.
Delivery Information

Tracking
All shipments include tracking information. You'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details once your order ships.
Delivery Attempt
If you're not available during delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your ERGOT pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery.

Important Information
Customs & Duties
For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately. We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your ERGOT pieces.
Address Changes
Once an order ships, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
Peak Season Delays
During holidays and sale periods, shipping times may be extended due to high volume. We'll notify you of any expected delays via email.
